03Data controller
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit evyntra.com or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
The controller is EVYNTRA SRL, with the details listed in section 01. For any privacy matter, write to corporate@evyntra.com.
04Data we process
We keep data collection to a minimum. This website has no forms, no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it. Please do not send us special categories of data (e.g. health data) by e-mail.
05Recipients & transfers
Your data is accessed only by authorised Evyntra staff. We use the following categories of service providers, acting as processors under a data processing agreement:
- Hosting provider — serves the website and stores server logs.
- E-mail provider — stores correspondence sent to corporate@evyntra.com.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
We may disclose data to public authorities only where required by law.
All fonts and assets on this website are hosted on our own server — no requests are made to third-party font or content networks.
06Retention
- Server logs — up to 30 days, unless needed longer to investigate a security incident.
- E-mail correspondence — as long as necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 3 years after the last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting or tax obligations when a contract is concluded).
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority — Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, București, www.dataprotection.ro — or with the authority in your EU country of residence.
08Security
The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep risk to a minimum.
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
